2 hour + delays

I recently travelled to Lancaster with my partner on the 16th of February. We travelled with Avante west train line, however, our driver was continuously behind schedule from Euston to Coventry and from Coventry to lancaster, and we were made to wait hours.

I attempted to complete the delay repay forms online however after hours of manually filling out every ticket and collecting evidence it simply stated to try again later.

I am very stuck and was wondering if you could offer me some assistance as to how to get my refund before the time window shuts on the delay repay. Im sorry for the inconvenience but I was severely late and the tickets for the certain arrival time were expensive.

Cancelled train

One of my trains has been cancelled. The offer from Trainline amend booking system does NOT offer me the next train after my cancelled train. Logically it should !? I wish to book this train. Booking ref : H2CT474W Train I wish to book in place of cancelled one is York 10:02 12:21 kings cross. Would you kindly help me out and confirm this train reservation with corresponding seat. User's recommendation: It is impossible to go beyond computer system responses. The options offered on Trainlines amend booking system did NOT include the nextvtrain on my original route. Furthermore the options offered were for a different rail network..which Trainline speciifically said was NOT allowed. There is no one to contact. Everything fine until things go wrong…rather like a well know low cost airline !! Iin other cases of delays cancellations, Trainline inebiyably refer you to the tail network,in question…it is always a huge faff. I will be trying out other options to Trainline….iand there are several…and I will switch. Thabk you stephan Kalischef

Fantastic service from Vasu who quickly grasped the problem and all was sorted. Great service.if you have a problem use Trainline Customer Service.i had booked but the ticket did not turn up although my card was debited.

Refund

I had to change my times on a previous purchased ticket I was informed to cancel and not amend the ticket. I was emailed a breakdown I sent you back the tickets and was only reimbursed £2.05 instead of the amount listed.

All trains from Aberdeen to polmont were cancelled on Sunday 8th October. My ticket was activated because the outbound journey on Friday 6th was completed. I was stranded and wish a refund.
